What are my shipping options?

At Canvas Etc your order will usually be shipped within 48 hours after it has been placed. Canvas Etc offers several shipping services depending on your desired delivery time. Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of your order, which delivery option you choose, and the destination.

What is truck shipping?

Items marked with the truck symbol are too large to ship via a regular freight service and must ship via truck. The cost to ship items via truck is on average $75 – $125. For an accurate freight quote, please email us at [email protected]. It is often more economical to ship multiple items via truck, as the bulk of the charge is assessed for the first item, with smaller charges for each additional item. For example, if you purchase one canvas to ship via truck, it could cost a minimum of $75. But if you added additional canvases, or cases of canvases, the cost would most likely increase only $10 – $20 for shipment.

Someone must be present at time of delivery to inspect and receive truck shipments.

What is over-sized shipping?

Items marked with the oversize symbol require either extra shipping charges or truck shipping.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Yes, Canvas Etc. ships throughout the world.

Do you ship to APO/FPO address?

Yes, Canvas Etc. now ships to APO/FPO addresses. Shipping costs are listed in shipping rates. Delivery times may vary significantly. Unfortunately, we cannot ship items marked ORM-D, HAZ, Factory Direct, and Truck to APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Canvas Etc does not ship orders to post office boxes at this time.

Do you ship to correctional facilities?

Canvas Etc does not ship to inmates at correctional facilities.

Do you send partial shipments?

Canvas Etc does its best to keep a complete and adequate inventory of products in stock at all times. However, certain products may not be available at the time of your order. In these cases, we will contact you for instructions regarding shipping the remaining items.

How do I track my order shipped through UPS/FedEx/USPS?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing tracking information for your package(s). This information is also available by logging in to My Account and clicking Order History. Note: In some cases tracking information is not available. Note: Orders shipped through USPS will have no tracking number or insurance available.

Claims & Returns?

All returns are subject to a 15-25% re-stocking fee.  Custom printed, berry compliant, remnants, primed canvas, custom drape panels, skirting, and custom made products are not returnable, all sales final.  If a product is ordered incorrectly then the customer is liable for all shipping costs back to our facility and will be charged a 15-25% re-stocking fee based on the item.  Any claim on an order needs to be filed with Canvas ETC within 30 days of receipt of the order.  Claims past the 30 day mark will not be reviewed.  Any fabric that has been altered, converted, or cut will not qualify for returns or refunds.

Signature Required?

Orders shipped will be delivered without a signature requirement.  Freight shipments will require receiving signatures.  If an order is returned to Canvas ETC as deliverable, the customer is responsible for the additional cost of re-shipping the order.
